MRA POS · The shop floor & the back office

Connect your checkout counter to the rest of your business.

MRA POS combines point of sale with stock, purchasing, customer records and business reporting. It is the broader option for a shop that needs to serve customers at the counter while keeping track of what is happening in the stockroom and back office. It also includes workforce, attendance and payroll modules, Hikvision connections, Blink QR payments and optional telephony, with additional modules for wider business operations.

Registration is being prepared. Explore the features now; account creation will open after setup checks pass.

THE EVERYDAY WORK

What you can do with MRA POS

Counter sales

Use a point-of-sale workflow to select items, enter quantities and complete a sale. Keep the sale connected to the products and customer information in your business workspace.

Stock and product management

Maintain your product catalogue and follow stock movements. Purchasing, stock adjustments and transfers help you keep the system aligned with what is physically on hand.

Purchases and suppliers

Keep supplier information and purchase records together so you can review the items coming into the business alongside the items being sold.

Customers and business reports

Maintain customer records and review sales, purchases and stock reports. Use these views to understand activity and spot records that need attention.

Business AI tools

Access business assistance and accounting or inventory guidance. Review the output against your records before making financial or stock decisions.

MRA-related setup

The application includes MRA configuration and reporting tools. Your company’s fiscal settings, credentials and production onboarding need separate review; creating a trial workspace does not complete that process.

PEOPLE, DEVICES & CONNECTIONS

Attendance, payroll, payments and more

See what is available in the application and what needs a connection or separate activation.

Application module · setup required

Time attendance and employee records

Keep staff IDs and names linked to clock-in and clock-out records. Review timesheets, multiple attendance events, shifts and leave before using the records for payroll. Attendance rules and employee mappings are configured for your business.

Application module · setup required

Payroll and payslips

Prepare payroll using employee pay settings and reviewed attendance. Configure allowances, deductions and overtime, then review the results and produce payslips. Payroll preparation does not itself transfer salaries; payment and any required returns are separate, approved steps.

Compatible devices · connection setup required

Connect your existing Hikvision attendance machine

Keep a compatible Hikvision face, fingerprint or card terminal and connect its attendance events to the app. Map terminal employee IDs to staff names and check every clock-in/out. Direct server push can work without leaving a PC on once the terminal is configured; the model, firmware and network must support it. Some devices need a different connection method.

Blink connector available · merchant activation required

Blink by Emtel and QR payments

Offer scan-to-pay through the Blink QR payment connector, with payment status recorded through the supported workflow. A live merchant account, approved provider credentials and payment testing are required for your business. Other supported QR/card providers can be considered too; availability varies by provider. A test payment is not a real receipt of money.

Optional service · separate activation and quote

PBX and telephony connection — optional

Connect a compatible Asterisk/SIP phone system for extensions, softphone access, call history, queues and routing. An existing PBX needs a compatibility check; SIP trunks, numbers, call charges and hosting are arranged separately. The phone service is not enabled by the standard application trial.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

What to prepare

Your workspace is the starting point. These details help make it ready for your business.

  • A computer or tablet with a suitable browser and reliable internet access for the hosted workspace.
  • Your product list, prices, tax settings and checked opening stock quantities.
  • Staff accounts and business locations configured for your operation.
  • Check compatibility with your exact receipt printer, scanner, cash drawer or other counter equipment before rollout. Hardware is not supplied with the hosted workspace.
  • Complete the relevant MRA onboarding and configuration before relying on production fiscal submission.
  • For attendance: provide the terminal model and firmware, staff IDs and names, and the required network access for a compatibility check.
  • For payroll: prepare employee pay information, attendance rules and reviewed payroll settings.
  • For Blink or other payments: arrange the merchant account and provider activation; share credentials only through the agreed secure setup process.

Questions about MRA POS

Does a trial include checkout hardware?

No. The trial is access to the hosted software. Check your existing equipment or arrange compatible hardware before using it at the counter.

Is my business automatically ready for MRA production?

No. Workspace creation and fiscal onboarding are separate. Your company configuration, credentials and applicable production requirements must be checked before use.

Can I assume it will work without internet?

Plan for reliable internet access to the hosted service. Confirm any offline or local deployment requirement before choosing your setup.

Can I keep my existing Hikvision attendance terminal?

Yes, if its model, firmware and network support the required connection. Check compatibility first, map employee IDs to staff names and test actual clock-in/out delivery. Direct-push-capable terminals can send attendance without a permanently running PC.

Is Blink ready to accept money as soon as I sign up?

The application has a Blink connector. Your business still needs its live merchant account, provider activation and a successful payment check. Creating a software workspace does not activate a merchant account.

Are all modules and connections included in my trial?

No. The catalogue shows what the application offers and what can be configured. Some modules need activation or a separate package; PBX, external providers, equipment and specialist setup are agreed separately. Confirm your selected features and pricing before subscribing.

Choose with your daily work in mind.

Choose MRA POS when checkout and stock control are central to your day. If you mainly need quotations and invoices without a busy counter, Invoicer is a simpler starting point.
