Questions about Business AI
What does OCR mean?
Optical character recognition reads text from a document or image. It reduces manual typing, but extracted information still needs checking before it becomes part of your records.
Does the AI automatically change my accounts?
The portal provides answers and extracted information for review. Any workflow that writes into another system requires an explicitly configured integration and appropriate review.
Is AI usage unlimited?
No. Usage allowances and request limits apply. Your trial is intended to let you evaluate the service; confirm the allowance for your subscription before using it for a large workload.
Does Business AI include a phone system or voice receptionist?
No. PBX and telephony are optional, separately assessed services. Voice or AI-receptionist requirements need a separate discussion about the phone infrastructure, capacity and integration; they are not part of the Business AI trial.
